To son Elisha Williams, remaining pt. of the money that the mill and land is sold for, more than the 20 pounds to Thomas Duckett.

Indenture made June 18, 1772; Henry Hilleary and Cassondra Hilleary his wife in consideration of 5 shillings sterling paid by John Darcey, shoemaker has given by these presents their part of a tract called "Chance" containing 106 acres and lying on the south side of Henson Branch where Christopher Hitch now dwells. Indenture made February 10, 1794; Cassandra Hilleary, relict of Henry Hilleary, deceased and Walter Hilleary, son and heir of Henry Hilleary in consideration of 450 pounds current money paid by John Read Magruder has sold a tract containing 200 acres called the "Three Brothers" which was granted to Henry Hilleary, now deceased and Cassandra Hilleary on September 29, 1763 and beginning on the west side of a fork of Hensons Branch.
