James Thomas married Sarah Carr. Her father was William Carr, mother is Sarah Eskridge. Westmoreland County Wills in Ancestry.com has Williams will. He leaves "To daughter Elizabeth Carr (married to John Jr.Bayley/Bayly (Bailey) the plantation where David Thomas now liveth, 100 acres by estimation. It doesn't state which plantation. He owned three or more. He left his dwelling plantation to his son Joseph Carr. He left one to Sarah Carr (daughter) "that plantation now in possession of William Gardner." So, this shows David was of the age of James and living on a plantation belonging to his father in law. Had to be family. The will of William Carr is dated 13 Jan 1702 and was proved 24 Feb 1703. Sarah Eskridge Carr will dated 1 Jan 1726 and proved 29 Mar 1727. Joseph Carr will dated 21 Sept 1741.
