MORDUCKS which PATENT the said CHARLES MORGAN obtained from the PROPRIETOR or PROPRIETORS of the NORTHERN NECK of Virg & bareing date the first of which was obtained the twenty sixth day of September in the year one thousand seven hundred and twenty four and the other bearing date the fourth day of September in the year one thousand seven hundred and forty one, Four hundred acres of the said two Tracts the said CHARLES MORGAN acknowledged in Court unto his Son WILLIAM by Deed of Gift relation thereto being had and all the remainder of the said two tracts of the land intended to be granted by these presents unto my two Sons BENJAMIN & JAMES with all its appurtenances whatsoever belonging and all houses to them the said BENJAMIN & JAMES and their heirs and assigns for ever to be equally divided between them which said premises are now in the actual possession of the said BENJAMIN and JAMES.
