      THIS INDENTURE made this seventh day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty Nine Between CHARLES MORGAN SNR, of Hamilton Parish County of Prince William of one part and BENJAMIN MORGAN & JAMES MORGAN Sons of the said CHARLES of the other part Witnesseth that the said CHARLES as well for the natural love which he beareth unto his aforesd Sons as also for the better maintainance of said BENJAMIN and JAMES hath given unto the said BENJAMIN and JAMES two certain parcels of land containing four hundred & fifty acres it being part of two PATTENTS both lying on GREAT RUN in this County aforesd joyning the lands of Colo. CORBIN and Majr. MORDUCKS which PATENT the said CHARLES MORGAN obtained from the PROPRIETOR or PROPRIETORS of the NORTHERN NECK of Virg & bareing date the first of which was obtained the twenty sixth day of September in the year one thousand seven hundred and twenty four and the other bearing date the fourth day of September in the year one thousand seven hundred and forty one, Four hundred acres of the said two Tracts the said CHARLES MORGAN acknowledged in Court unto his Son WILLIAM by Deed of Gift relation thereto being had and all the remainder of the said two tracts of the land intended to be granted by these presents unto my two Sons BENJAMIN & JAMES with all its appurtenances whatsoever belonging and all houses to them the said BENJAMIN & JAMES and their heirs and assigns for ever to be equally divided between them which said premises are now in the actual possession of the said BENJAMIN and JAMES. In Witness whereof the party to this Indenture hath sett his hand and seal
