WILLIAM HAMMOCK of WESTMORLAND County having been summoned an Evidence for RICHARD HAMMOCK, Plt. against JOHN BOWYER, Deft. and making Oath that he has attended fifteen days on the said suit, it is therefore ordered that the said RICHARD HAMMOCK pay him five hundred and twenty two pounds of tobacco for the said fifteen days attendance and for coming seven miles seven times and going seven miles seven times with costs alias Execution
