IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen. I EVAN PRICE of County of Westmorland and Parish of Washington being in my perfect sences and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following, vizt. 1st. I give to my Daughter, SARAH HUTCHISON all things I lent her, now in her possession, also I give her one cow and calf, three ewes and three lambs and one young Mare and know more;
2dly. I lend to my loving Wife, SARAH PRICE, my lands, Negroes, servants and all the rest, of my Estate fnr her snpport and use during her widowhood (except what is before given) and then to goe as follows;
3dly. I give to my Son, JOHN PRICE, the Plantation whereon WILLIAM HUTCHISON now lives, vizt. Beginning at the mouth of the TANFATT BRANCH and running up the Branch to a Valey where the sd. HUTCHISON now has a Colwort Patch, from thence to the back line of the Old Pasture Fence, and along the line of the Fence to BENNET's line (now BERRYMAN's) on the top of a Hill in the edge of an Old Field; thence down the line of marked trees to NEAL's SWAMP and down the
Swamp to the Main Dam, including all the land in them bounds to him and his heirs or assigns forever;
4thly. I give to my Son, EVAN PRICE, the Plantation whereon I now live with all the remaining part of the land, to him the said EVAN PRICE and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, and for want of such heirs to my Son, JOHN PRICE, and his heirs and assigns forever;
5thly. I give to my two Sons and two Daughters, vizt., EVAN PRICE, JOHN PRICE, MARY PRICE and GRACE PRICE all the rest of my Estate (that is to say) Negros, servants and all my Estate within doors and without doors to them and their heirs or assigns forever;
6thly. I constitute and appoint my two Sons, EVAN PRICE and JOHN PRICE Executors of this my Last Will and Testament; In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second day of June one thousand seven hundred and fifty four
My desier is that my Estate never may be praised

Westmorland Sct. At a Court held for the said County the 29th day of July 1755 This Will was presented by JOHN PRICE, one of the Executors therein named, who made Oath thereto, and being proved by the witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record; And on his motion and performing what the Law requires in the like cases, a Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form
