I give to my son, George Jenkins, 1 Negro lad called Peter. Peter is to be delivered to my son at the decease of my wife, Anne Jenkins. I give the Negro to,my son over and above his part of my estate. Signed Jul 1, 1725 - Thos (TI his mark) Jenkins. Wit - Eliza (X her mark) Windsor. At the request of the widow of the of Wm [sic] Jenkins, the above deed was recorded the 19: of 9ber 1725 [Nov. 19, 1725 .
