      The Last Will and Testament of THEODORUS LEWIS deced was presented into Court by EDWARD PORTER his Executor who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths ofJOHN BAKER, JOHN DAVIES and SARAH BAKER, wittnesses thereto is admitt to Record, and upon the motion ofEDWARD and his performing what is usuall in such cases Certificate is granted him for obtaineing a Probat thereofin due form; And it is ordered that WILLIAM MURFEY, ELIAS MORRISS, JOHN BARTLETT and WILLIAM REMY or any three ofthem being first sworn before one ofthe Justices of the Peace for this County doe sometime before the next Court value and appraise the Estate of the Testator in money and make report thereof to the Court

      John Baker, John Davies and Sarah Baker deposed that Theodorus Lewis, late of Cople Parish, Westmoreland County, dureing his last sickness did say that all he had in the world he gave to Edward Porter.
      28 March 1716. The last will and testament nuncupative of Theodorus Lewis was presented by Edward Porter, his executor.

      EDWARD PORTER the next of kin to ELIAS PORTER, deed. came into Court and made oath that the said ELIAS departed this life without making any Will so farr as he knows or believes and upon his mocon Certificate is granted him for obtaining Letters of Admicon upon the said deed. Estate in due form THOMAS MOVERLEY assuming in Court to be his security for the said PORTER's faithfull Admicon according to law, Ordered that WILLIAM LYNTON, JOHN BARTLETT, JOHN WHITE & JOHN DAVIES or any three of them being first sworn before one of his Majesties Justices for the said County do sometime before the next Court held for the County aforesaid value and appraise the said Estate in money and make report thereof to the said Court

      William Porter greatest creditor to the Estate of Edward the next of kin to Edward Porter decd came into Court & made oath that the said Edward departed this Life without makeing any will so far as he knowes or believes and upon his motion and performing what is usual in such cases certificate is granted him for obtaining Letters of Administration upon the said Edwards Estate
