Richd. Harman and Eliza. his wife of Richmond County to Ann Quisenberry of Westmoreland County. Considering their inability (through age) to keep and maintain their children and knowing the good will and affection of Ann. Bind their child aged nine months and named Wm. to Ann during the term of twenty years and three months.
In case Ann shall die without issue Wm. to serve the remaining part of his service to Eliza. Quisenberry and her issue. At the expiration of the time the party in whose service the time is expired shall give Wm. Harman a good, sufficient suit of aparell.

Richd. Harman and Eliza. his wife of Richmond County to Thomas Batchellor and Mary his wife. Considering their inability through age to keep and maintain their children and well knowing the good will and affection of Thomas and Mary. Bind their child aged three years named Thomas to Thomas Batchellor and Mary to serve them during the term of eighteen years. In case Thomas Batchelor and his now wife Mary shall die before the expiration of the service, the child to serve the remaining part of the service to Ann Batchellor the daughter of Thomas and Mary. At the expiration of the time the party in whose service the time expires shall give Thomas Harman a good and sufficient suit of apparell.
