      William Cabinett late of Westmoreland County, carpenter, deceased, did some short time before his death which happened on Sunday 27 instant, declare that he left all that he was worth in the world unto John Atwell except a horse unto Ross Brown.
      Bridget Smith saith that he did also say that he did order a colt which followed his mare and a hat unto John Paine.

      The petition of Francis Atwill that Robert Read on or about 10 September last, being very sick at your petitioners house did there call William Cabinett and Margery Smith and desire them to bear wittness if he died his landlord to bury him and take all what he had. Your petitioner prays he may have administration of Robert's estate.

      29 Oct. 1701. The within testament nuncupative of Robert Read was proved by William Cavinett and Margery Smith and admon. cum testo. annexo granted Francis Atwill.
