      The Last Will and Testament of JOHN COUS, deced. presented in Court by JOHN TAYLOE, Gent. his Executor who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of THOMAS LEWIS, JOHN DOZIER and SAMUEL POUND witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record and on the motion of the Executor and his performing what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form

      JOHN GOWER, STANLEY GOWER, NATHANIELL THRIFT and JOHN DOZIER or any three of them sometime between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of JOHN COUS, deced, which shall be presented to their view and make report thereof to the next Court, CHARLES BARBOUR, Gent. or any other Justice of the Peace for this County, is requested to administer an Oath to the Appraisers for their true appraisment of the Decedent's Estate as also to JOHN TAYLOE, Gent. the Executor for his true discovery thereof
