- MASONs Will proved
The Last Will and Testament of JOHN MASON, deced was presented into Court by MARY MASON, his Executrix, who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oath of CHARLES KILL, one of the witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record; And on the motion of the Executrix and her perfonmng what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is granted her for obtammg a Probate thereof in due form
- MASON's Estate to be appraised
THOMAS PAISE, JOHN GILBERT, RICHARD TUTT and WILLIAM TRIPLETT or any three of them sometime between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of JOHN MASON deced., which shall be presented to their view and make report thereof to the said next Court, WILLIAM ROBINSON, Gent., or any other Justice of the Peace for this County, is requested to administer an Oath to MARY MASON, the Executrix, for her true discovery of the said deced.'s Estate
