      THIS INDENTURE made this Ninth day of June in ye year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Twenty Between EDWARD BRYAN of the Parrish of Northfarnham in County of Richmond and MARY his Wife of one part and RAWLEIGH CHINN of the Parish of ST. MARYS WHITE CHAPPLE in County of LANCASTER, Gent., of other part; Wittnesseth that EDWARD BRYAN and MARY his Wife in consideration of ye sum of five shillings Sterling money to them in hand paid by RAWLEIGH CHINN, by these presents doth bargain sell sett and to farm lett unto RAWLEIGH CHINN one certain tract of Woodland Ground sittuate in Parish of Sittenbourne in ye County of Richmond containing by estimation one hundred sixty seven acres and a half of land and is bounded, Begining att two old hickorys and one red Oke ye Devideing Corner of ROBERT DAVIS and this Land and runing thence So. 50 Wt. 208 per. to ye line of SEARGENTs and CLARKs Pattents, by MADDUX RODE, thence along ye sd. line No, 21d. W. 164 perc: to a white Oke, thence No. 81d. E. 15 per: to another white Oke standing by a Branch, thence down the Branch No. 58d. E. 132 per. to a marked tree that devides this land and the land lately belonging to STANDLY GOAR, thence So. 40d. E. 139 per: to ye begining: including One hundred sixty seven acres and a half of land, Together with all proffitts. commodityes and advantages thereunto belonging; To have and to hold the tract of land unto RAWLEIGH CHINN and assignes during the term of one whole year paying therefore every year unto EDWARD BRYAN and MARY his Wife their heirs att and upon the Feast of the Annunciatione of ye Virgin Mary the Rent of one pepper Corn (only if demanded) to the intent that by virtue of these present and of the Statute for transfering uses into possession, RAWLEIGH CHINN be enabled to accept a grant of the revertion of the premises to him and his heirs; In Wittness whereof the parties first above written to the present Indenture have sett their hands and seals the day and year above -written

      THIS INDENTURE made this Tenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & Twenty Between EDWARD BRYAN and MARY his Wife of ye Parish of Northfarnham in ye County of Richmond of ye one part and RAWLEIGH CHINN of ye Parish of ST. MARYES WHITE CHAPPEL in ye County of LANCASTER, Gent., of ye other part, Wittnesseth that EDWARD BRYAN and MARY his Wife in consideration of ye sum of Twenty six pounds, Tenn shillings Sterling money to them in hand payd by RAWLEIGH CHINN by these presents doth bargain sell release and confirm unto RAWLEIGHCHINN his heirs (in his actual possession now being by virtue of a Bargain and Sale thereof made for one whole year) all that tract of land situate in Parish of Sittenbourne in ye County of Richmond containing by estimation One hundred sixty seaven and a halfe acres of land and is part of a tract of land containing Fifteen hundred Eighty five acres and three tenth of an acre of land granted unto a certain WILLIAM SERGENT and JOANE CLARK by a certain Patten( bearing date the twentieth sixth day of September .Ann Dom 1678, bounded, Begining (the description of the land as In the foregoing Lease): To have and to hold the one hundred sixty seaven and a halfe acres of land and premises unto RAWLEIGH CHINN his heirs and EDWARD BRYAN and MARY his Wife and their heirs and against the lawfull claims of any person shall warrant and for ever defend by these presents; In Witness whereof ye parties aforesd, have to this present Indenture have interchangably sett their hands and wales the day and year first written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee EDWARD BRYAN and MARY BRYAN boath of ye Parish of Northfarnham in ye County of Richmond are held & firmly bound unto RAWLEIGH CHINN of ye Parish of ST. MARYES WHITE CHAPPEL in County of LANCASTER in the sum of fifty three pounds Sterling, to ye wch: payment well and truly to be made we bind our selves our heirs firmly by these presents; Sealed with our Seales and dated this Tenth day of June Anno Domini 1720
      THE CONDITION of this Obligation is such that if the above bound EDWARD BRYAN and MARY BRYAN their heirs shall at all time hereafter well and truely perform and keep every Covenant and Article on their parts to be performed and keept mentioned and comprized in one certain Deed of Indenture of Release bearing even date with these presents without fraud or coven, Then this present Obligation to be voyd and of none effect, or else to be and remain in full force power and virtue
