      THIS INDENTURE made the fifth day of December in the fifth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of God King of Great Britain France & Ireland, Defender of the faith &c., Anno Domini 1732; Between SAMUEL PEACHEY of Parish of Northfarnham in County of Richmond, Gent., of one part and SAMUEL COMMINGS of Parish of Lunenburg & in County aforesaid, Taylor, of other part: Witnesseth that SAMUEL PEACHEY in consideracon of sum of Six thousand pounds of good merchantable tobacco to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by SAMUEL COMMINGS, the receipt whereof SAMUEL PEACHEY doth hereby acknowledge, hath and by these presents doth bargain sell and release unto SAMUEL COMMINGS his heirs all that tract of land containing by estimator Ninty seven acres & three quarters more or less scituate in Parish of Northfarnham & upon the Branches of TOTOSKEY in the County aforesaid being part of a greater parcel of land containing Eight hundred acres formerly granted to one JOHN WILLIAMS which tract of Ninty seven acres three quarters being the moiety of a tract of one hundred Ninty five acres sold by EDWARD LEWIS to one Mr. JAMES BIDLECOMB, SENR. Father to JAMES BIDLECOMB JUNR. who sold the 97 & 3/4 acres unto THOMAS TAYLOR & from said TAYLOR was sold unto Mr. SAMUEL PEACHEY Gent., deced., Grandfather of the now present SAMUEL PEACHEY, Gent., above writen and bounded, Begining at a Stake in WILLIAM GLENs Old Field & then runing North 51 1/2d. W. 165 poles to a red Oak corner tree to the land of WM. GLENs, thence S. 82d. W. 139 poles to a Dogwood, thence S. 51 1/2d. E. 163 poles to a red Oak saplin, thence N. 32d. E. 139 poles to the first begining, being the line that divideth this part of said dividend from the part of JAMES BIDLECOMB; Together with all houses orchards rents issues and profits thereof; To have and to hold the the land and premises unto SAMUEL CUM MINGS his heirs and SAMUEL PEACHEY & his heirs against all persons lawfully claiming under him shall warrant and for ever defend by these presents; In Witness whereof the partys above named to these presents have interchangeably set. their

Samuel Comings, of LP, taylor, to Newman Brockenbrough, of NFP, Gent.; for 2600 pounds tobacco, and 15 pounds; 97-3/4a, parcel in NFP, on the branches of Totuskey being part of a greater parcel of land cont. 800a formerly granted to John Williams, which said tract of 97-3/4a being the moiety of a tract of 195a sold by Edward Lewis to James Biddlecomb father to James Biddlecomb Junr. who sold the said 97-3/4a to Thomas Taylor and from the said Taylor was sold unto Mr. Samuel Peachey, Gent., dec., grandfather of the now present Samuel Peachey and was lately sold by the said Samuel Peachey unto the abovesaid Samuel Comings; now sold by said Samuel Comings unto the above Newman Brockenbrough; adj. corner tree to the land of William Glew, a line that divides this part of the said devidend from the part of James Biddlecomb, with all houses, etc.
