-ALDERSON & others v STONE and others
The suit in Chancer between JOHN ALDERSON and JANE his Wife, one of the Daughters of ELENOR ABSHONE, SIMON CHURCHILL and DARCUS his Wife one other of the Daughters of the said ELENOR ABSHONE, TELIF ALVERSON and ELENOR bis Wife, another of the Daughters of the said ELENOR ABSHONE and WINIFRED STARKS an Infant under the age of twenty one years by JOHN ALVERSON her next Friend, Complainants, and WILLIAM STONE, STEPHEN BAILY, WILLIAM HAMMOCK TOBY PURSLEY, JOHN PURSLEY, DANIEL THOMAS, DAVID MORGAN and HUGH LAMBERT Respondents, at the motion of the said WILLIAM STONE, TOBIAS PURSLEY and HUGH LAMBERT, time is given them till next Court to put in their Answer and the said STEPHEN BAILEY, WILLIAM HAMMOCK, JOHN PURSELL, DANIEL THOMAS and DAVID MORGAN being now called but not appearing, it is thereofre ordered that an Attachment issue against their bodys returnable to the next Court
