John Jenkins, of Prince William Co., to Mansfield Jenkins, of LP, RC, planter; or 20 pounds CMV; 50a, parcel in said LP, which is part of 200a which was allotted to Elizabeth the mother of the said John and Mansfield as her third part of 600a devised to her the said Elizabeth and her two sisters (all the children of Herman Skelderman who arrived to the age of 21 years) to be equally divided among them by Herman Skilderman by his LWT dated 12 MAR 1683/4 [in Rappahannock County] out of which said 200a William Jenkins and the said Elizabeth his wife gave 50a to Walter Davis and wife Martha, so that there remained to the said Elizabeth Jenkins 150a which she the said Elizabeth did by her LWT dated 28 JUN 1736 give and bequeath to her three sons John, Mansfield and James, her son John's to be that part of her land adj. the lands of Henry Haws, Thos. Grimstone, Walter Davis and [James] Morton, and separated from her other land by a line of marked trees extending from Haws's line between her then dwelling house and kitchen to the main run in [ ] her orchard which is the 50a hereby intended to be granted and conveyed and all the estate, right, interest, property claim, etc. that the said John Jenkins has or ought to have in the said land; to hold the said 50a to the said Mansfield Jenkins forever.

Edward Davis, of LP, planter, to Mansfield Jenkins, same, planter; for 20 pounds CMV; 50a, parcel in said parish, which said land William Jenkins and wife Elizabeth late of Sittenburn Parish now Lunenburg, conveyed to Walter Davis and wife Martha of the same place (which said Martha was daughter of the said William and Elizabeth for and during the natural lives and the life of the survivor of them and after their decease to the heir lawfully begotten of the body of the said Martha, as by deeds of lease and release dated the 2/3 days of Noveber 1719 and recorded in RC), since which the said Walter Davis and wife Martha are both deceased by means whereof the said land legally descended to the said Edward Davis party of these presents as sole heir lawfully begotten on the body of the said Martha, and all the estate, right, title, interest, etc. of him that he now hath or ought to have in the above premises, and the reversion etc.; to hold for ever.
