in case beloved wife Sarah will return into the Colony of Virginia within three months after my decease, and there dwell during her natural life, it is my will and desire that she shall have full possession and use of all my est. which I have bequeathed to
my three chil. Mary, Daniel, and William...but, if she refuses and neglects to return to Virginia within the time aforesaid and there dwell...in that case, I hereby revoke and make null and void the aforementioned bequest to her;
desires sons Daniel and William to be bound to the joiner's trade until 21 unto William JAMES in Richmond;
