      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee JOHN TARPLEY, JUNR. & THOMAS BARBER of County of Richmond are held and firmly bound unto the Worshipful Jutstices for County of Richmond in the sum of One hundred pounds Sterling, to the which payment well and truely to be made wee bind our selves our heirs firmly by these presents; Witness our hands and seals the 5th day of February Anno Dom: 1732
      THE CONDICON of this obligacon is such that if the above bound JOHN TARPLEY shall well & truely pay unto GEORGE RUSSELL or to whom else it shall of right belong all such Estate or Estates belonging to GEORGE RUSSELL as is or shall come to his hands when or as soon as GEORGE RUSSELL shall attain to lawful) age or when thereunto required by the Court, and also save and keep harmless the Justices their heirs &s. from all trouble and damages which shall or may arise about the Estate, then the above obligacon to be void otherwise to be & remain in full force and virtue
