WILLIAM SMITH on the Hills came into Court and confest Judgment unto the Churchwardens of Northfarnham Parish for the use of the Parish for five hundred pounds of tobacco, it being his Daughter, FRANCES SMITH's, Fine for haveing a basterd Child, which is ordered to be paid by WILLIAM SMITH unto the Churchwardens as aforesaid als exo
