At a court held for the sd county the 25th day of Aprill 1722.
The last Will & Testament nuncupative of Mary Dudley decd was presented into court by John Collins who made oath thereto and being proved by the oaths of David Jenkins & Ruth Jenkins wittnesses thereto is admitt to record and for that no executor was nominated in the sd Will upon motion of the sd John & his performing what is usual in such cases certificate is granted him for obtaining Letters of Administration on the sd decds estate with the Will annext in due form. John Finney & Wm Cockerall assuming to be security for his faithfull administration according to law. Ordered that Abraham Elliott, Martin Gollothan, William Wyatt & Lawrence Washington or any three of them being first sworn before one of his Majesties Justices for the sd county do sometime before the next court to be held for the sd county value & appraise the sd estate in money & make report thereof to the said next court.

Ellenor Crane the wife of Thomas Crane of Westmoreland County being sworn touching the birth and age of William Manley son of John Manley late of Cople Parish* Gent., and Restitute his wife did declare he was born towards the latter end of June 1686. She officiated as midwife.

Unto James Taylor son William Tayler, one heifer.
