Whereas ROBERT BARKLEY was arrested to this Court at the suite of ROBERT WARD for six hundred pounds of tobacco and caske and the Sheriffe returned that a copy of his Writt was left at his house, an Attachment is awarded ROBERT WARD against the Estate of ROBERT BARKLEY for the said sume returnable to the next Court
- EYES agt BARKLEY
An Attachment is granted DENNIS EYES against the Estate of ROBERT BARKLEY for nine hundred forty six pounds of tobacco and caske returnable to the next Court
