Thomas Green of CC, by his will devised to his 7 sons, viz, Thomas Green, Nicholas Green, Raphael Green, Thomas Dudley Green, Peter Green, William Green, & Thomas Melchezedeck Green, to be equally divided between them, part of a tract of land called Greens Inheritance, lying in CC. Now this deed further witnesses that sd Thomas Dudley Green, for 70 £ sells his part of the afd parcel of land, being part of Greens Inheritance, bounded by Thomas Green, containing about 57 acres.
