      19 9ber [Nov.] 1673. Jno. Hardy and Charrity his wife of Westmoreland County, daughter and one of the heirs of Gabriel Odger, deceased, to Isaack Allerton. For 4000 pounds of tobacco. 150 acres, the moety of 300 acres given by Allerton to said Odger, deceased. Isaack Allerton, Gent., did formerly confirme unto Jno. [sic] Odger, deceased, 300 acres on the north side of Lower Machotick ... where the line of Mr. Rich: Cole endeth ... into the woods ... parcell of a greatter divident now in the possession of Allerton, Now by the death of my sister Mary Butler late wife of Nathaniel Butler devolving uppon Charrity now wife of Hardy, the daughter of Gabriell Odger as heire to her sister Mary Butler.
