PYLAND have had a Servant by the name of WILLM: COLLINS long absent from mee as I am informed hath beene entertayned by sevall p:sons at RAPPAHANNOCKE & in particular by Mr. NICHOLAS HALE the above ( ) that I, the saide ROBERT PYLAND have constituted ordayned & appointed & doe hereby constitute ordaine & appoint & in my stead & place, mittput my trusty and well beloved friend Mr John Edwards of ye same County.
