John Waller, Clerk, 5 Feb. 1783 , commands the Sheriff of Spotsylvania County to summon Robert Lewis, an infant under 21, by John Zachary Lewis, Gentleman, his guardian Robert being the only son, heir and devisee of Robert Lewis, deceased, Zachary Lewis, the said John Zachary Lewis and Thomas Towles, Gent. , executors of Robert Lewis; the said John Zachary Lewis , Nicholas Lewis, Zachary Merewether and Jane his wife, David Wood Merewethcr and Mary his wife, brothers and sisters and devisees of Robert Lewis, to appear before the County Court to answer a bill in chancery exhibited against them by John Wiglesworth
