Son: Francis Hammersly, "Bachelor's Hope"; "Beverly"; and the personal estate he has already received from me.
Son: Henry Hammersly, all of my lands in Charles County and all of the personal estate I have already given him.
To: Mr. Boarman and Mr. Pile, three pounds each.
The remainder of my estate is to be disposed of by my Executors to pay my debts and to make the estates of my daughters, Ann Digges, Mary Brooke, Jane Plowden, Betsy Lewellin and Nelly Neale, equal with what I have already given them and 1,000 pounds each. If my daughters should die without heirs, their share or shares are to revert to my sons, Francis Hammersly and Henry Hammersly.

Oct 4, 1790 from Baker Brooke of CC, Gentleman, to Revd Charles Neale of CC, for 200 £, 3 parcels of land, being part of a tract of land called Durham, lying in CC, and bounded by the now dwelling house of sd Baker Brooke, containing about 2 acres. The 2nd parcel is bounded by the 1st parcel, the line that divides the land of afd Brooke from the land of Daniel of St. Thomas Jenifer, a Mill dam.
The 3rd parcel contains about 67 acres. Signed - Baker
Brooke. Wit - Henry Barnes*, Wm D. Briscoe*. Mary, the wife of sd Baker Brooke, relinquished her right of dower.

Charles County Land Records 1790-1792; Liber K#4; Page 379. Feb 9, 1792 from Baker Brooke of CC, Gentleman, to the Revd Charles Neale of CC, for 100 £, all that parcel of land, being part of a tract of land called Durham, lying in CC, the parcel containing about 59-1/4 acres. Sd Brooke hereby agrees with sd Neale that Neale may henceforth, without trouble, enjoy a right of cartway from the land and premises hereby sold, to a parcel of about 67 acres, part of Durham (and on Oct 4, 1790 conveyed by sd Brooke to sd Neale) through the lands now in the possession of sd Brooke, with free egress and regress into and from the same. Signed - Baker Brooke. Wit - Henry Barnes*, James Freeman*. Mary Brook, wife to the afd Baker Brook, relinquished her right of dower. Recorded Feb 9, 1792.
