      I give unto my nephew, William Scott, the son of my brother, George Scott, deceased .. I have heretofore delivered to William Griffin Junr., the son of William Griffin and Barbara, his wife .. I lend unto my beloved wife, Mary Scott .. my brothers, Thomas and John Scott, and my sister, Patience Morton, the wife of Richard Morton .. appoint my wife, Mary Scott, and Robt.       WHEREAS JOHN GLASSELL and ANDREW JOHNSTON When in Partnership did purchase of WILLIAM SCOTT of County of Orange Sixty acres of land in County of Culpeper on Muddy Run or Branch of the Robinson River land as their partnership is now desolved and it being agreed on by both parties that said Johnston shall keep the Land THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that for Thirty four pounds three and two pence being the sum that was first paid by said Glassell & Johnston said John Glassell doth hereby relinquish all his right to the said land .
