      THIS INDENTURE made this twelfth day of Augustin year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy nine Between ADAM FISHER and ELIZABETH his Wife of one part and ARON CRIGLER of other part Witnesseth and Sheweth that ADAM FISHER and ELIZABETH his Wife for and in consideration of One hundred and thirty pounds current money of Virginia by these presents doth bargain sell and convey unto ARON CRIGLER his heirs and assigns all that tract of land lying and being in Parish of Bromfield and County of Culpeper which said ADAM FISHER purchased of MATHIAS WILHOIT which the said WILHOIT purchased of Mr. GEORGE ROOMS as the bounds will appear by ROOTES Deed to WILHOIT excepting Twenty acres sold heretofore by said WILHOIT to CHRISTOPHER CRIGLER bounded by his Deed will more fully appear containing One hundred more or less together with all houses Stables Barns orchards water courses profits of every kind thereunto belonging To have and to hold the tract of land in fee unto him and his heirs forever and ADAM FISHER and ELIZABETH his Wife doth hereby covenant and agree to warrant and defend the said Land to said ARON CRIGLER his heirs and assigns In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals the date first above written

      THIS INDENTURE made this Twelfth day of August in year of One thousand seven hundred and seventy nine Between ADAM FISHER and ELIZABETH his Wife of County of Culpeper of one part and LENARD CRISTLER of other part Witnesseth that for sum of One hundred pounds current money of Virginia to ADAM FISHER in hand paid by these presents have bargained and sold unto LENARD CRISTLER his heirs and assigns forever a certain piece of land containing by estimation One hundred and seventy four acres be the same more or less and lying on the branches of the ROBINSON RIVER and in the foresaid County and bounded Beginning at a Dogwood and a Chesnut Oak in a deep bottom and corner to BARNARD FISHER and runing thence West One hundred and thirty pole to said FISHERs line thence with the said Line West One hundred and twenty eight pole to two Chesnuts on the Ridge thence down the several courses of the said Ridge to two Chesnut Oaks in another line of said FISHERs, thence with the said line South thirty six degrees East eighty two poles to a Locust and two Chesnuts at the said CRISTLERs Plantation thence South seven degrees East One hundred and twelve pole to the begining together with all houses fences water courses orchards and all other appurtenances belonging To have and to hold the land and premises unto LENARD CRISLER his heirs and assigns as Witness our hands and Seals the day and year above written

      THIS INDENTURE made this Twelfth day of August in year of our Lord One thou sand seven hundred and seventy nine Between ADAM FISHER and ELIZABETH his Wife of County of Culpeper of one part and GEORGE WILHOIT of the aforesaid County of other part Witnesseth that for sum of One hundred pounds current money of Virginia to him said ADAM FISHER well and truly in hand paid by these presents doth bargain and sell unto GEORGE WILHOIT his heirs and assigns a certain piece of land containing by Estimation One hundred and forty nine acres be the same more or less being a parcel of land granted to ADAM FISHER by a Deed from the Proprietors and also some part of it lying in a Deed convey'd by PAUL PLANCARPICLER to said ADAM FISHER bounded Begining at two chesnuts in a line of BENJAMIM SMITH thence South One hundred and eighty poles to two Hickories and Spanish Oak in the of a bottom, thence with the lines of the said Pattent and PLANCARPICLERs Deed to conclude all the land between the lines of the land of LENARD CRISLER, GEORGE WILHOIT and the said SMITHs lines; together with all houses fences orchards and all other appurtenances belonging To have and to hold the aforesaid land from all incumbrances whatsoever as Witness our hands and Seals the day and year first above written
