This Indenture made 16th September 1771 between WILLIAM STONE and ANN his Wife of Parish of Brumfield, County of Culpeper and REUBEN UNDERWOOD of same .. in consideration of sum Thirty pounds current money do confirm unto Reuben Underwood parcel of land in the fork of the Conway and Staston Rivers containing 100 acres bounded by the lines of FRANCIS CONWAY, WILLIAM KIRTLEY and JOHN DULANEY ..
