I JOHN MARKS being at this time in a very capacity But thanks be to God am in my perfect sences and memory and for what worldly Estate God has begotten upon me I leave as follows. Item I leave unto WILLIAM [PINION] one narrow script Tick feather bed and furniture. Item I give and bequeath unto HARBIN MOORE all my coopers tooles. Item I give and bequeath unto ISAAC GEORGE all my carpenters tooles & my gun. Item after my wife's thirds comes out of my EState all the rest my desire is that it should be divided between my three daughters (Viz.) ANNE MOORE, MARY BRAMHAM and SARAH GEORGE. I do hereby apoint my well beloved Wife Executrix & IGNATIUS WEST Executor of this my last Will and Testament .. Witness this 7th day of 1759.
