      In the name of God Amen. I JOHN MARKS being at this time in a very capacity But thanks be to God am in my perfect sences and memory and for what worldly Estate God has begotten upon me I leave as follows.
      Item I leave unto WILLIAM [PINION] one narrow script Tick feather bed and furniture.
      Item I give and bequeath unto HARBIN MOORE all my coopers tooles.
      Item I give and bequeath unto ISAAC GEORGE all my carpenters tooles & my gun.
      Item after my wife's thirds comes out of my EState all the rest my desire is that it should be divided between my three daughters (Viz.) ANNE MOORE, MARY BRAMHAM and SARAH GEORGE.
      I do hereby apoint my well beloved Wife Executrix & IGNATIUS WEST Executor of this my last Will and Testament .. Witness this 7th day of 1759.

      This last Will and Testament of John Marks decd was exhibited to the Court by ELIZABETH MARKS Widow & relict of the said decedent & Ignatius West the Executor therein named & was proved by the oath of .. the witnesses thereto & ordered to be recorded the same being sworn to by the said Executors who gave Bond and Security as the Law directs and on their motion Certificate is granted them for obtaining a Probat thereof
