      IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen. I THOS: KIDD now being sick &weak of body but in perfect sence and memory thanks be to Allmighty God, do make this my last Will and Tasttema.nt in manner and form following; First, I give my Soul to God that gave it mee and my body to the ground from hance it cam to be berred in a dassant a Cording as my ExecUors shall think fill.
      Itim. I give unto my Son, THOS: KIDD, one Shilling;
      Itim. I give unto my Daughter, RACHELL BAKER a small Chest, a pr. of small fire tongs a dish and 4 plates, a large pot.
      Itim. I give to my Son, PHILLIP KIDD, a large chest, pr. of pot hokes;
      Itim. I give to my Daughter, WITH, a large pot, a spice mortar & pesel and the Bed that she lies on and furniture. I give unto my Daughter, ANNEY, a box Iron and heters, a brass scimmer, a small father bed;
      Itim. I give unto my Loveing Wife FILLES, my one bed and fornitude and my horse bridle and saddle, a dish and small bases and three plates and a red cow. I desire my Carte and Stares and Mill may be sold au oxon to the hies beder for to dis Charge my Debts and all the rest of my pr:sanable astat if it be wonting and after my just debts is paid to be equally devided among them alt only my Son, THOS: KIDD, I chaese my Son, PHILLIP KIDD to be holey and solley Executor of this my las Will and Testament a void all other Wills ever made by me.       THIS INDENTURE made the 17th day of May 1737 and in the Tenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second Between THOMS. WILLIAMSON JUNR. of the Parish of Southfarnham in the County of Essex of one part and THOS. KIDD of the aforesd Parish and County of ye other part Witnesseth that Thos. Williamson for the consideration of one Ewe in hand paid before the sealing and delivering these presents and am to grind the sd Thos. Williamson Junr. Corn tole free during his life by these presents doth grant forever one acre of land in the Parish of Southfarnham in County aforesd and upon the branches of Piscataway Creek and bounded Beginning at a pine on the North side of THOS. KIDDs Mill Dam and running North East. to a small white oak in a Stake thence over the Swamp South East to a white oak on the bank thence West to a red oak thence to the beginning

      IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I ANN DAVIS of the Parish of Southfarnham in the County of Essex being sick & weak in body but in perfect sence & memory thanks be to Almighty God & calling to mind the uncertain state of this life and that it is appointed for all once to die do make this my last Will &Testament
      IMPRIMIS First I committ my body to ye Earth from whence it first came. Secondly my Soul to God who gave it to me and as for what small Estate it hath pleased God to bless me wth in this life I give & dispose in form following Vizt.
      ITEM I give & bequeath all my Estate amongst my four children MARY, FRANK, ELSE & RACHEL to be equally divided
      ITEM It is my desire that my Daughter MARY keep my other three children FRANKE, ELSE & RACHEL till they come of age.
      ITEM It is my will & desire that my Estate may not be appraised nor sold. I do appoint my Daughter MARY BRISENDENE my whole & sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament revoaking & disannulling all other Wills before made as Witness this 7th day of Octobr. 1738
      Ye above ANN DAVIS did desire her Estate to be (no signature) disposed of as above directed & made her sd Daughter MARY Exx. in our hearing & desired us to take notice thereof Octr. ye 7th 1738

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we MARY BRISENDINE & THOMAS KIDD are held and firmly bound unto JAMES GARNETT, BENJMIN WINSLOW, MUNGO ROY & PHILIP JONES gent Justices of the County of Essex in the sum of one hundred pounds Sterl. Witness our hands & seals ye XVIIth day of October MDCCXXXVIII THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that if ye above bound MARY BRISENDINE Exx of ye Nuncupative Will of ANN DAVIS deced do make or cause to be made a true & perfect Inventory of all the goods chattels and credits of the sd deced and so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the County Court of Essex when thereunto required by the sd Court & further do make a just & true account of her actings & doings therein when thereto required by the sd Court & also do well & truly pay & deliver all the legacies contained & specified in ye sd Will as far as the sd goods chattels & credits will thereunto extend according to ye value thereof & the Law shall charge her Then this obligation to be void and of none effect

DAINGERFIELD, JOHN ROWZEE and SIMON MILLER Gentlemen Justices of the County of Essex in the sum of one hundred pounds Curt. Sealed with our seals and dated this 16th day of February 1742
      THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that if the above bound THOMAS KIDD JUNR. ROBERT SP. COLEMAN Admrs. of all the goods chattles and credits of WILLIAM FAULKNER deced do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all the goods chattles and credits of the sd deced the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the County Court of Essex at such time as they shall be thereunto required by the sd Court and do make a just and true account of their actings and doings therein when thereto required by the sd Court and if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the sd deced & the Executor or Executors named do exhibit the same in the said Court making request to have it allowed & approved Accordingly if the said THOS. KIDD JR. &ROBT. SP. COLEMAN being thereunto required do deliver up their letters of Administration approbation of such Testament being first had & made in the sd Court Then this obligation to be void .
