COLEMAN & THOMAS KIDD SENR. are held and firmly bound unto ROBERT BROOKE, WM. DAINGERFIELD, JOHN ROWZEE and SIMON MILLER Gentlemen Justices of the County of Essex in the sum of one hundred pounds Curt. Sealed with our seals and dated this 16th day of February 1742 THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that if the above bound THOMAS KIDD JUNR. ROBERT SP. COLEMAN Admrs. of all the goods chattles and credits of WILLIAM FAULKNER deced do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all the goods chattles and credits of the sd deced the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the County Court of Essex at such time as they shall be thereunto required by the sd Court and do make a just and true account of their actings and doings therein when thereto required by the sd Court and if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the sd deced & the Executor or Executors named do exhibit the same in the said Court making request to have it allowed & approved Accordingly if the said THOS. KIDD JR. &ROBT. SP. COLEMAN being thereunto required do deliver up their letters of Administration approbation of such Testament being first had & made in the sd Court Then this obligation to be void . THOMAS KIDD JUNR. ROBT. SP. CO THOS. KIDD SENR. At a Court held for Essex County at Tappa. on the 16th day of February 1742 (those bound) acknowledged this bond to be their act and deed which was ordered to be recorded
