WITNESSETH that the said John & Charles Nickols for sum of Ten pounds currt. money of Virginia HATH granted unto the said Thomas Burnet his heirs and assigns for ever ALL that tract of land beginning at a Willow Oak then running up a branch called Prices to a corner white oak thence South West to COLL.
