THIS INDENTURE made the 17th day of October 1724 BETWEEN JOHN NICKALS and CHARLES NICKALS of South [sic North] farnham Parish in County of Richmond of one part and THOMAS BURNETT of Parish of Southfarnham in County of Essex Planter. WITNESSETH that the said John & Charles Nickols for sum of Ten pounds currt. money of Virginia HATH granted unto the said Thomas Burnet his heirs and assigns for ever ALL that tract of land beginning at a Willow Oak then running up a branch called Prices to a corner white oak thence South West to COLL. HILLs line thence South East along Collo. Hills said line to a corner red oak of WILLIAM COXES thence Easterly along the said Coxes line to a corner white oak standing by a Swamp called Collo. Hills Swamp running North down the Swamp to the beginning containing about 40 acres
