13 Jan 1717; Pursuant to act of the Province requiring guardians to adjudge annual value of their estate, the following lists their assets:

Tobacco house, 50 feet long

Great quantity of old fencing out of repair

Charles County Land Records, Liber M#2 Page 188. At the request of William Loyde of CC, the following deed was recorded this Feb 21, 1729.
Feh 12, 1729 from Rebecca Tyers, eldest daughter and coheiress to James Tyers of CC, decd, together with William Cole, "who is intermarried at the execution hereof to Anne the daughter and coheiress also of the above mentioned James Tyars" of Maryland, planter, whose issue became in law the absolute proprietors of the within mentioned land and premises by virtue of sd James Tyars' deed from Henry Bonners called Bonners Retirement, dated May 10, 1681. Anne, wife of sd William Cole, and co-heiress to the estate of sd James Tyars and of the afd land, being not sd yet of full age for the execution hereof, on consideration of which, sd Rebecca Tyrs and William Cole of the one part, and William Lloyde of CC, planter, of the other part, witnesses that Rebecca Tyars and William Cole, for 6500 lbs of tobacco in cask and for divers other good causes, release to sd William Lloyde, all that tract of land called Bonners Retirement, lying in CC, bounded by a parcel of land called Colehester, containing and now laid out for about 200 acres, originally taken up by sd Henry Bonner. Feb 12, 1729/30. The came Rebecca Tyer and William Cole, who married Anne Tyer, daughter to James Tyer Jr decd, the sd Anne not being of age and the sd daughters being co-heirs, sd Rebecca Tyres & William Cole, in behalf of his wife Anne, and acknowledged the within deed. Feb 22, 1732 from Wm Cole of CC, and Ann, his wife, whose heiress the sd Anne to a certain James Tyer of CC is, and to the moiety or half part of the land and premises present or mentioned .. of the one part, to Wm Loyde of CC, Gent, of the other part, for 3250 lbs of tobacco and for divers other good causes, all that tract or moiety, messuage, or tenement of land, being at a place called Daniels Branch in CC where sd Wm Loyde now dwells, called Bonner's Retirement.
