      In April last 1698, THOMAS DAVIES & FRANCES his Wife did hear JARRT. EVENS upon his death bed say I give all my Land to my Daughter, & after her decease to JNO: DYER, his Brother, ye sd. Land if she dyed without issue, & that he did give to MARY DYER his Mother, a Cow & Calfe, three hoggs & some of them I give to my Mother, to JAMES MERRIOTT I give as much kersey as will make him a Coat halfe my Corne, halfe my Bacon & four sheates; as for ye rest of my Estate to my Daughter & after her decease to the sd.
