I, Jane Doyne of CC, am sick and weak of body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory. First, I want my just debts paid.

To my daughter Eleanor Doyne - all goods and chattels that is my property, except a bed that I will to Joseph Doyne.

Includes: 1 Negro Women Kate, 48 years old; three horses,
eight sheep, one yoke of oxen, 12 hogs; one best bed and furniture, one old ditto. Total: 86 £2 shillings 8 pence. Signed - Igna. Simpson, Edward Sanders.

The account of Eleanor Doyne, Executrix of Jane Doyne, late of CC, decd.
Debts include: the inventory of the decd's estate, exhibited into Orphan Court on Sep 26, 1778, amounting to 86 £2 shillings 8 pence; a tobacco note found in the decdrs house. The Whole Amount: 139 £5 shillings 10 pence.
Disbursements went to Zephaniah Frankling; John Day Scott; Doctor Gustavus Brown; John Gwinn for Clerks Fees; Walter Hanson, Register for letters and recording will and for recording inventory and for stating, passing, and recording this account; Benjamin Cawood, Collector, for assessment, 1778. Balance to be disposed according to the deceased's will: 103 £7 shillings 8 pence.
Final Account: 139 £5 shillings 10 pence.

To Mary Livous, 1/3 pt. of tract being pt. of Green's Inheritance, during her life.
To Clarehilder Green, dau. of Francis Green, whom I purchased the said land of, one tract being pt, of Green's Inheritance, and If the said Clowtilder Green should die without Issue before she is age 21, then the land to be divided between my son Robert Doyne and Benedict Green., son of Francis Green; if either should die without Issue, to the one who does survive.
To my wife, 200 A. where dwelling plantation now is, being pt. of Pornting (Poynton) Manor.
To eldest son Jessee Doyne, tract where Mary Sives (Livers) now lives, and the said tract where I now dwell after decease of his mother, It all being pt. of Pointing Mannor; tract at the Eastern Shore In Dorchester County, called Timnashara.
To young. son Robert Doyne, all that tract. whereon my bro. now dwells, 181 A. Bro's. widow should have the use of 1/2 of the said tract of land that I give son Robert Doyne, and I desire it to be the half of said tract that adjoins to the said land where Barton Stone now dwells, with the dwelling house where said widow now lives,, which land is pt. of Pointer's Mannor,

To son Robert Doyne, tract called Beaches Land, lying In Virginia In Stafford County, which contains 520 A to be sold.

Desire Roger Smith and Joshua Sanders have the management of the money. I gave my two daus, Mary Anne and Elinor, to dispose of It for the use of said children.
