Likewise an execution of WM. BROCKMAN, assignee of George Roebuck for £13.14.06 returnable to Orange Oct court and £3.3.2 costs for which executions .. Coleman .. not being in cash to pay .. well knowing his lying in prison will not pay the said debts, etc., doth hereby importune the Sheriff .. take mortgage tract of land lately obtained from William Cave .. bounded ..
