deced. was presented in Court by ANN NASH, his Executrix, who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of THOMAS LEWIS and JOHN McKENNY, two of the witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record, and on the motion of the Executrix and her performing what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is grant.ad her for obtaining a
Probate thereof in due form
- NASH's Estate to be appraised
WILLIAM DIGGS, WILLIAM GARLAND, TOBIAS PURSLEY and ROBERT DAVIS or any three of them sometime between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of WILLIAM NASH, deced., which shall be presented to their view and make report thereof to the said next Court; THOMAS BARBER, Gent. or any other Justice of the Peace for this County, is requested to administer an Oath to the Appraisers for their

In an action of Case between ANN NASH, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of WILLIAM NASH, deced., Plt. and MARY PRIDHAM, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of CHRISTOPHER PRIDHAM, deced., Deft. for eight thousand two hrmdred seventeen and one half pounds of tobacco due by Accormt, by consent of both parties ROBERT TOMLIN and THOMAS BARBER, Gent., some time between this and the next Court are appointed to settle Accounts between them and make report of their proceedings to the said next Court and it is further agreed that their award be the Judgment of the Court

Upon the motion of WILLIAM NASH liberty is hereby given him to keep ORDINARY at the Courthouse dureing the terme of one year giveing security, whereupon WILLIAM NASH with GEORGE ESKRIDGE, Gent., and JOHN FOUSHEE in open Court acknowledged themselves indebted to Our Sovereign Lord the King his heirs and successors in the sum of term thousand pounds of tobacco convenient in Richmond County, upon condition that if WILLIAM NASH shall constantly find and provide in his Ordinary good wholesome and cleanly lodging and dyett for travellers and stableage fodder and provinder or pastureage and provinder as the Seasons shall require for their horses for and dureing the terme of one year from tho day hereof and shall not surfer or permit any unlawful gameing in his House nor on the Sabbath Day sutler any person to tipple or drink more then is necessary then this recognizance to be void otherwise to remain in full force

Jeremiah Nash, of Cople Parish, WC, planter, to John M'Kenny, of LP; for 3200 pounds of good tobacco; 50a, all my right, title, property and interest in the said 50a forever, and all my right, title, property and interest in a lease dated 4 DEC 1731 given by one George Sisson to William Nash, decd., which the said lease may more plainly appear the abovesaid 50a of land being in LP, on one of the branches of Totuskey Creek formerly known by the name of the Cross Creek on the north side thereof, being part of a greater parcel of land formerly granted to one Leonard Jones late of this county, dec., and by the said Leonard Jones to one Richard Branham of this county, deceased, and by the said Branham sold to one Henry Webster of this county, decd., and by the said Henry given to his son Thomas Webster; being part of a patent of 200a of land granted to the aforesaid Leonard Jones [PB4:385], beg. at a corner tree of Robert Sisson.
