Whereas William Cox, late of CC, decd, did, by his will, bequeath to William Cox afd, his son, certain lands whereon the dwelling house of the sd William Cox decd now stands, being part of Johnsons Choice & Smoots Choice which sd lands, after the death of the present William Cox, will become the right of sd Charles Cox. If sd Samuel Cox abides by the valuation of Benjamin Douglass, James Semmes, Samuel McPherson, and John Beale Turner, indifferently chosen and named to value the 6 tracts, and pays sd Willian Cox whatever sum of money per acre that sd Douglass, Semmes, McPherson, and Turner award, then this bond becomes void.
