Cockrieal, John, of Northumberland County Virginia, but now of James City County of said state.

Mother Ann Williams-four hundred acres of land more or less in Northumberland County during her natural life, and at her decease to go to my two brothers Clark Williams, and William Williams, to be equally divided between them and their heirs. Also all the stock on said land, and one fine white shirt to my mother.
Brother Clark Williams-one suit of red broad bloth cloaths, two shirts, two double Holland stocks, one pair of silver shoe and knee buckles, and one fine hat.
Brother William Williams-one suit of blue broad cloth cloaths, and two stocks.
Sister Elizabeth Williams-one cow from the above mentioned stock, and one gold ring.
Witness: Thomas Grant, Hobert Hall and William Blundle.
On back, marked John Cockrells will, March 1780.
