Blackerby, Thomas, of Wiccomoco Parish
W. W. 13 August 1774---W. P. 13 February 1775
I lend to my wife Leannah Blackerby-all my estate so long as she remains my widow.
I lend to my daughter Elizabeth Galloway-my negro girl Winney and her increase as long as she lives, and then to be equally divided between my children and my daughter Elizabeth Galloway's children.
Son Thomas Blackerby-all my land after my wifes death to him and
his lawfully begotten heirs of his body, and if he should die without heir to my son James Blackerby and his heirs.
At my wifes death-my estate to be equally divided between my two sons James and Thomas Blackerby and my three daughters Sinia, Judith, and Joanah
