      Wife Frances Denny-use of my lands and one half of my personal estate during her widowhood, and if she marries to have such parts of my estate as the law directs.
      Daughter Lucy-the remainder of my estate, and at death or marriage of my wife the whole of my estate.
      In case my daughter should die under age or without issue, then my whole estate to be divided into four equal parts, one fourth to my brother Aron, one fourth to my brother Jesse, one fourth to my sister Ruth, and one fourth to my sister Grace's children.
      Brother Jesse-my riding mare, saddle, and all my wearing apparrel on my decease.
      Nephew Epaphroditus Fielding-five pounds current money when he arrives to the age of twenty one years.
      Wife executrix, and my brothers Aron and Jesse, and Col. James Ball, executors.
      Witness: Jas. Ball, Charles Carter, and William Nutt.
      CODICIL: In case daughter Lucy should die without issue, I give my wife Frances Denny-negro wench Hagar and her future increase, to do as she please with.

      Sons Joseph and Epaphroditus Fielding-one feather bed and furniture each after the death of my wife.
      Daughter Judith Fielding-one feather bed and furniture after death of my wife.
      Wheras my wife being now with child, the child shall have one feather bed and furniture out of my estate.
      Son Epaphroditus Fielding-my dwelling plantation after death of my wife.
      Son Joseph Fielding-plantation I bought of Mr. George Heale after death of my wife.
      Wife-to have use of my whole estate both real and personal during her natural life.
      After death of my wife-my estate not already given to be equally divided between my children, vizt: Katy Fielding, Epaphroditus, Joseph, Judith, and child or children my wife now goes with.
      If either of my sons Epaphoditus or Joseph should die without lawful issue, their part of the land should go to the child my wife now goes with, provided the same should be a son. Wife, John Denny, and George Payne, executors.
