      Wife Grace Greenstead-all my estate both real and personal during her natural life.
      Daughter Martha Anne Neale and her husband John Neale-that part of my land where on I now live, bounded and as followeth:-on the land of Joseph Power, George Garner, and Thomas Webb, and from thence according to a line made and run by myself in the presence of Mr. Neddy Barnes to the land of Mr. John Efford, and thence to the beginning land of Joseph Power.
      Daughter Leanor Edwards and her husband John Edwards-that part of my land called Taylors, according to the bounds on the land before given to my daughter Martha Anne Neale and John Neale, and the land of Thomas Webb, and the swamp leading from Capt. Foushee's mill to John Efford's mill, and the land of said Efford.
      Daughter Hannah McGoon and her heirs-one shilling sterling and not any more.
      Grandson William Bailiss and. his heirs lawfully begotten of his body-all that tract of land whereon John Neale now lives,
      the said John Neale not to be disturbed or molested during my and my wifes natural life.
      Rest of estate at wifes death to be equally divided between my two daughters Martha Anne Neale and Leanor Edwards and their heirs, the said Hanah McGoon or her heirs not to have any part.
      Wife Grace Greenstead and son in law John Neale, executors.
