      Whole estate to my father and mother during their natural lives. Sister Rebeckah Swanson-negro girl Siner.

      Wife Tunice-all my estate both real and personal during her natural life, and at her decease to my wifes eldest son and. Aaron Swanson, all my land to be equally divided between them to them and their lawfully begotten heirs,
      If either of them should attempt to make sale of his part of said land his part to return to the. other.
      If the said Benjamin die without heir lawfully begotten his part of land to return to my son Samuel.
      If my son Aaron should die without heirs lawfully begotten it shall return to my three daughters vizt: Rebecca, Winney and. Margarrett Swanson.
