Whole estate to my father and mother during their natural lives. Sister Rebeckah Swanson-negro girl Siner.
Sister Margratt Swanson-negro child my negry wench ls now with and if it dies the next that she shall have.
Sister Rebeckah Swanson-the second child that my negro, wench brings that lives.
Brother Aaron Swanson-negro boy Jack and negro wench Eta a feather bed and furniture, my gun and turning tools.
Sister Margratt Swanson-a small feather bed and furniture9 my loom gairs and slays.
Sister Winny Swanson-one cow and calf.
Rest of cattle to be equally divided between my sister Rebeckah and Aaron.
To my father- my gray horse, bridle and saddle-

Wife Tunice-all my estate both real and personal during her natural life, and at her decease to my wifes eldest son and. Aaron Swanson, all my land to be equally divided between them to them and their lawfully begotten heirs,
If either of them should attempt to make sale of his part of said land his part to return to the. other.
If the said Benjamin die without heir lawfully begotten his part of land to return to my son Samuel.
If my son Aaron should die without heirs lawfully begotten it shall return to my three daughters vizt: Rebecca, Winney and. Margarrett Swanson.
Son John-my gun.
Daughter Elizabeth-a shilling sterling.
Benjamin and my son Aaron Swanson to pay to my daughter Rebecca five pounds cash.
At wife death all my moveable estate to be equally divided
between my son Aaron and my three daughters Rebecca, Winney and. Margarett.
