Bequeaths to:
1. Richard Berry --son
-to have all the right, title and interest which testatrix has in a tract of land or parcel lying in Montgomery County called "Shepherd's Hard Fortune- cont. 282 acres a land
-to have 1 silver cup w/ 2 handles, 2 silver salt sellers and a silver pepper box
2. Benjamin Berry --son
-to have 12 silver table spoons, and a silver pepper box
3. Mary Williams --daughter
-to have Negro woman "Nan" in lieu of and in satisfaction of ally claim she may have to Negro woman "Grace" in the possession of testatrix's son Richard
-to have 1 silver mustard pot, I silver pepper box 2 silver salt sellers. and 6 silver tea spoons
4. Zachariah Berry --son
-to have 1 silver tankard and whereas the said Zachariah in entitled to and possessed of 900 acres of land which was devised to him in the will of his father Jeremiah Berry. being 2/3rds of a tract of land called "Outlett" and "Concord Enlarged" but more commonly called 'Carroll's Manor" and which the said Jeremiah purchased from Charles Carroll now testatrix gives him testatrix's right, title and interest to the said 900 acres now in his possession
-to have 300 acres of land being part of a tract of land called "Outlett" beginning at the end of the 2nd line of the said tract and then - until it intersects the lines of that part
of "Outlet" laid out for the said tract under and by the virtue of his father's will and now in his possession thence.. __until it intersects the 3 line of the whole tract and thence.
to the beginning but as pan of the said 900 acres of land devised to him by his father and which has been laid off for him aforesaid is claimed by Josias Beall, it is testatrix's will that should Beall prevail and recover the land lie now claims, then to have other adjoining lands as will make up the 900 acres
5. William Berry --grandson (son of Jeremiah Berry)
-to have Negro woman "Flora" and her increase now in the possession of William's mother Mildred Berry to be delivered to him when he arrives at age 21
6. Jeremiah Berry --grandson (son of Jeremiah)
-should William die before corning of age then to have Negro woman devised to him
7. Mary Douglas --granddaughter (daughter of Jeremiah)
-to have Negro woman "Dinah" now in the possession of her mother Mildred Bern/ and to be delivered to her at testatrix's decease
8. William Osborn Sprigg --grandson
-to have Negro girl "Elizabeth" and Negro girl Susannah" to be delivered to him when he arrives at age 21.
9. Mary Berry --granddaughter (daughter of son Benjamin Berry)
-should William Sprigg die before Coming of age 21, then to have Negro girl "Elizabeth"
10. Jeremiah Williams --grandson
-should testatrix's grandson William Sprigg" die before coming of age 21, then to have Negro girl "Susannah"
11. Mary Williams --daughter
-to have all of testatrix's right, title and interest to the residue of a tract or parcel of land called "Outlet
12. Elisha Berry --son
-remainder of the estate to be divided between Richard, Benjamin, Zachariah, Mary Williams and Elisha to be divided equally among them
-named executor of the will aIong w/testatrix's sons Benjamin and Zachariah and son-in-law Thomas Owen Williams

Indenture made September 6, 1773; between Joseph Sprigg, Gentleman eldest son and heir of Osborn Sprigg, deceased and Thomas Williams, Gentleman eldest son and heir of Thomas Williams, deceased who was the eldest son and heir of Thomas Williams, deceased of one part and Mary Williams wife of Thomas Owen Williams and Amelia Berry daughters of Jeremiah Berry, deceased of the other part. Whereas Benjamin Berry, deceased by his indenture bearing date July 22, 1747 did sell unto Osborn Sprigg and Thomas Williams, the grandfather, the following tracts of land, viz.; "Long Lane" containing 77 acres, "Berry's Grove" containing 70 acres and "Berry's Fancy" containing 230 acres upon condition that if Benjamin Berry Berry should well and truly pay unto Osborn Sprigg and Thomas Williams, the grandfather the full and just sum of 50 pounds 15 shillings sterling with legal interest at or upon May 1, 1748 then this indenture to cease and be utterly void and whereas May 1, 1748 has ellapsed and Benjamin Berry is dead without having redeemed the mortgage or in any sort complied with the condition aforesaid and the said Jeremiah Berry, deceased in his lifetime having paid and satisfied the legal representatives of Osborn Sprigg and Thomas Williams, the grandfather the mortgage money with legal interest by his testament and last will devised the several parcels to his daughters the aforesaid Mary Berry and Amelia Berry. Now this indenture witnesseth that Joseph Sprigg and Thomas Williams in consideration of the premises and of 5 shillings sterling money paid by Mary Williams and Amelia Berry has confirmed unto them the aforesaid tracts of land. Signed Joseph Sprigg, Thomas Williams in the presence of and acknowledged before Joshua Beall, Jeremiah Magruder and at the same time Hannah Sprigg wife of Joseph Sprigg and Rachel Williams wife of Thomas Williams relinquished their right of dower

Indenture made January 17, 1774; between between Thomas Owen Williams of Frederick County, Maryland and Mary Clagett Williams his wife one of the daughters of Jeremiah Berry late of PGCo, deceased of one part and Amelia Berry another daughter of PGCo. Whereas Jeremiah Berry in his lifetime being seized in fee in several parcels of land lying on Hynson Branch; "Figure of Eight" containing 205 acres; "The Levels" containing 340 acres; "Berry's Fancy" containing 230 acres; "Berry's Grove" containing 70 acres; "Addition to Berry's Grove" containing 100 acres; "Long Lane" containing 77 acres; "Berry's Chance" containing 100 acres. The said Jeremiah Berry by his testament and last will and writing bearing date April 2, 1769 devised to his two daughters Mary Berry and Amelia Berry the several parcels of land aforesaid equally divided and whereas since the death of Jeremiah Berry partition and division has been made between the said Mary Williams and Amelia Berry have mutually agreed that Amelia Berry should enjoy all of "Figure of Eight" and "The Levels" and that Mary Williams should enjoy all of "Berry's Fancy", "Berry's Grove", "Addition to Berry's Grove", "Long Lane" and Berry's Chance". Signed Thomas Williams, Mary Clagett Williams, Amelia Berry and at the same time Mary Clagett Williams wife of Thomas Owen Williams relinquished her right of dower in the presence of and acknowledged before Christopher Lowndes, Richard Henderson
