      To wife Sarah Smith, Extx., two negroes and 1/3 of residue of my estate, to sell house and lot in Baltimore Town and use money for the payment of all debts. To Extx. all profits of Lands on Potomack until son reaches 21 years all other lands and personal estate until children come of age for their part,
      To son Richard Smith, all lands and profits called "Swan Harbour" and "Bachelors Harbour" on Potowmack when he Is 21 years old on condition that. he pay 225 sterling annually for 4 years for the education of his brother and sisters.
      To son Richard Smith, two negroes,
      To son William Smith, the plantation I now live on and two negroes,
      To dau. Eleanor Smith, part of land "Coles Harbour" or "Todds Range" containing 4 acres, also land Charles's Luck" on Patapsco Falls in Baltimore Co.
      To dau, Rebecca Smith, 3 lots of ground in Baltimore Town on East side of Jones's Falls; if she dies without: issue to son William Rogers Smith.
      Residue to be divided between 2 daughters Eleanor and Rebecca unless wife be with child In that event all three equal division,

      Note:
      RICHARD SMITH III,10 son of Walter, was High Sheriff of Calvert County, 1728. He lived at Lower Marlboro, and died 1732, having married, as her second husband, Eleanor, the daughter of Colonel Thomas and Elizabeth (Tasker) Addison. She was born March 20, 1705, and married four times, viz.: First, Bennett Lowe; second, RICHARD SMITH III.; third, Captain Posthumus Thornton; fourth, Corbin Lee.

      A son of Richard and Eleanor (Addison) Smith, Captain John Addison Smith, of Baltimore, who died May 8, 1776, married, October 17, 1765, Sarah, the daughter of William and Sarah Rogers (she married, second, John MERRYMAN).
