      wife all my household goods and stock till she marries or dies, then to be divided equally amongst my six children; only Cathern Cundiff to have what her mother thinks, fit towards housekeeping besides her part, and to live with her mother and to work with her or by herself on her brother Isaac Cundiff's part of land, and to have the use of the ground and tobacco house during her single life.
      Eldest son Isaac Cundiff-the neck of land begining at a persimmon tree standing between the tobacco house and so to the head of the long branch to the corner tree standing on Edmond Basie's line, and to the head of the long branch between Elizabeth Taylor's, and so down and up the swamp by Dennis Conrie's to the Spring branch, and so up the Spring branch to the persimmon tree, to him and the heirs lawfully begot of his own body, and for want of heirs to John Cundiff and his heirs.
      Youngest son Jonathan Cundiff-that part of land begining at Thomas Pitman's line at the head of a branch and down the branch to his grandfather Cundiff's spring, and down the north side of the swamp below "Brown's Bridge" to Colonel Ball's line, leaving the swamp and runing the. ditch called Brown's to an old corner white oak, and thence to a Red oak standing In Thomas Pitman's line, and then easterly to the begining, to him and the heirs lawfully begot of his body, and for want of heirs to Richard Cundiff Junr
      Eldest daughter Viley Bowing, and her husband John Bowing-that point of land where they now live, begining at a corner white oak of Edmond Baysie's and runing west along Thomas Pitman's line til it comes to the branch to Jonathan Cundiff's line, and down said branch to the point and up to place of begining, during their two lives, and at their decease to John Cundiff, to him and his heirs lawfully begot, and if none to Richard Cundiff Junr.
      Son John Cundiff-all the remaining part of my land, to him and the heirs lawfully begot of his body, and for want of such heirs to Richard Cundiff and his heirs.
      My four sons Isaac, Richard, John, and Jonathan Cundiff,executor
      My personal estate to be divided equally as possible, and they to love one another and not to quarrel.

      Daughter Ealce Conery-parcel of land bound as follows begining at a marked Red oak standing near the "Mill Road" on the head of a branch called the "Tobacco House Branch" thence down the branch to Thomas Taylor's line, thence up another branch to Capt. Richard Ball's line, thence along said line to the mill road.
      Grandson Richard Cundiff-parcel of land begining at a marked Red oak standing near the mill road, thence down the next branch to Capt. Richard Ball's line, thence. along the said line to the mill road, and along the mill road to the Red Oak where it began.
      Son Richard Cundiff-all the remainder of my land,
      Grandson Isaac Cundiff-my musket.
      Rest of my moveable estate to be divided equally between my son Richard, and my daughter Ealce.
