Taylor, John, of St. Stephen's Parish
W. W. 3 September 1767---W. P. 14 March 1768
Daughter Sarah Ann Taylor-one feather bed and as much other household furniture with the bed as will be appraised to fifteen pounds current money, being in lieu of a legacy given her by her grandmother.
Son Moses Taylor-my negro lad Will, to be received by him at the age of twenty one years or marriage.
Wife Judith-use of my negroes and personal estate during her widowhood, she to allow my children hereafter named to receive their part of my estate on their day of marriage or as they arrive at the age of twenty one years.
All my negroes and personal estate to be equally divided amongst my children, viz: Sarah Ann, Mary Ann, John, Judith, Tomsin, Jane, Thomas, and Elizabeth Taylor.
In case any of my children should die before marriage or the age of twenty one years, their part to be equally divided amongst the survivors.
Wife Judith, and friends Mr. Richard Hull, and John Wornum, executors.

Wife Sarah Flint-to have my whole estate for four years after my decease to help to raise my small children, and at the end of four years, all my estate to be equally divided amongst all my children.
Negro man Caleb, to belong to my daughter Elizabeth Popwell upon having the negro fellow valued, and paying all my children an equal part of him,
