Haynie, John, of St. Stephen's Parish
W. W. 20 March 1786---W. P. 13 April 1795
Son Thomas Haynie-what I have lent to him and five shillings sterling, and no more of my estate.
Daughter Bettey Lealand-what I have lent to her and five shillings sterling, and no more of my estate.
Son Stephen Haynie- to have my land and houses, to him and his heirs and if he should die without heirs then the land to go to my son Rodham Haynie, to him and his heirs, and if he should lie without heirs then the land to go to my son Abner Haynie, to him and his heirs.
wife Margett Haynie-the third of my whole estate during her natural life, and at her death that part to be equally divided between my children that lives with her at her death.
remainder of my estate to be equally divided between these children, vizt:- William Haynie, Henry Haynie, Stephen Haynie, Winnifred Haynie, Rodham Haynie, and Abner Haynie.
Wife Margett Haynie, and son Henry Haynie, executors.
Witness: Maximilian Haynie, Hezekiah Haynie, and Alexander Haynie.
