Daughter Ann Lee-three negroes Darkey, Betts, and Betts' child, which she has in her possession, plus the money I gave her late husband Thomas Pinckard, also the debt which was in Thomas Pinckard's hands which I have of Col. Richard Henry Lee, which make the sum of £331.19.3 which I have in my account books against my said daughter Ann Lee; and my daughter Ann Lee shall have as much of my estate as will make her fortune equal with my other daughters.
Daughter Sarah Hull-six negroes she has in her possession to wit:- Stephen, Chloe, Sarah, John, Patt, and Sam(a child of Chloe), and as I have on my books £303.12.6 against my said daughter Sarah,
I give her as much of my estate as will make her fortune equal with my other daughter Elizabeth.
Son Henry Lee Gaskins-the land I bought of Charles Bell and Cuthbert Champion, containing 421 acres more or less. As there now is a law suit on the part I purchased of Bell, and in case that should be lost, then I give the money that should be recovered in lieu thereof; and in case my son should live to arrive to the age of twenty one years or marriage, the land to be his, and six negroes Sam, Harry, big Sinor, Silvery, Playtor, and Young Jude.
Wife-the residue of the negroes that came by her, to wit:-Isaac, Minee, Chloe, Old Jude, and Bett, to her and her heirs.
Son Thomas-three negroes now in his possession, to wit:-Old Jack, Old Sinor, and her child Chloe; and the other negro he has of mine named Judey, to be returned and valued in my estate. Also he to have all my land at my home quarter, containing 550 acres.
Daughter Eliza-negroes Jesse, Frank, young Dick, Fanny, Orring, and Rosse, valued at £320.
My two daughters Sarah and Eliza shall have as much of my estate as will make up to the sum of £331.19.3, which is equal to my daughter Lee.
Nephew John Gaskins-the land I bought of Thomas Mahain and Onesip. Harvey, containing about 90 acres. John or his guardian to satisfy my account on my book, and if he does not agree then the land to be sold for the benefit of my estate. John Iron's heirs-to be satisfyed.
If my wife Sarah should prove to be with child or have another before my death, the said child to be allowed fifteen pounds per annum for the support and education of said child 'till it comes to age or marriage, and then each of my said heirs and wife to pay said child fifty pounds each, which will make the sum of 300 pounds, and it to have a full share of the residue of my estate. Rest of my estate to be equally divided amongst my children, vizt: Thomas, Henry Lee, Anne, Sarah, and Elizabeth, and any child hereafter born as mine; and wife to have an equal part of the negroes with my children during her natural life.
The mill I have in pardnership with George Phillip and the land I purchased of Joseph More and his wife Ann to be sold.
Son Thomas should give up his forest land excepting the swamp woods to my wife, in lieu of her dower, and wife to have liberty to get fire wood and timber out of the swamp woods for support of the plantation.

Son-in-law Richard Henry Lee and wife, to be guardians to my son Henry Lee Gaskins, and any other child my wife Sarah may have by me.
Son Henry Lee-to have a proper education.
