WREN v WREN Att this Court NICHOLAS WREN exhibiting a Deed of Sale to be acknowledged to RICHARD CHICHESTER, Esqr. for all ye land belonging to him, NICHOLAS, as heire to his Father, NICHOLAS WREN, /deced/ which in his life time had given a Bond to WILLIAM WREN, his Younger Son, for forty thousand pounds of tobacco, the condition whereof was to give to WILLIAM by Will or Deed of Gift one moiety or halfe part of the land, WILLIAM by his Attorney petitioned this Court that prohibition of the acknowledgment might be granted him untill their tryall at Law for ye Bond allready commenced should be determined, Order for prohibition if therefore granted to WILLIAM for ye acknowledgment upon condition WILLIAM doe give security to answer what damages shall or may hereafter accrew thereby
